1. Agreement to Terms
By submitting an inquiry, placing a booking, or using the PlayCloud Softplay Rentals website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
PlayCloud Softplay Rentals provides luxury soft play equipment rentals for private events including birthday parties, baby showers, gender reveals, and similar celebrations. All rentals include delivery, professional setup, and breakdown by our team. Services are available in Hillsborough, NJ and surrounding areas.
3. Booking & Deposits
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by PlayCloud. The deposit amount will be communicated during the inquiry process. Deposits are non-refundable unless PlayCloud cancels the booking.
4. Payment
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking, at PlayCloud's discretion. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days before the original event date.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the event space is suitable for setup, including adequate space, a clean and level surface, and access for our team. Any damage to PlayCloud equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines will be the financial responsibility of the customer.
7. Safety Guidelines
All soft play equipment must be used under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times. Equipment is intended for toddlers and young children only. No food, drinks, shoes, or sharp objects are permitted on or near the equipment. PlayCloud is not liable for any injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.
8. Certificate of Insurance
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request for venue requirements. Please indicate this need in your inquiry. Additional lead time may be required to process COI requests.
9. Outdoor Events
Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions. PlayCloud reserves the right to cancel or modify an outdoor setup in the event of rain, high winds, or other unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit.
10. Limitation of Liability
PlayCloud Softplay Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or equipment. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
11. Photography & Media
PlayCloud may photograph or record setups at events for use in marketing materials, including social media and the website. If you do not wish to have your event photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the event date.
12. Changes to These Terms
PlayCloud reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
